The family Mussner-Senoner is looking forward to giving you a warm and hearty welcome in the house „Arjentel“.

Spacious and comfortable apartments, just a 5 minute walk from the village center in a quiet and sunny location.

The apartments “Stevia” and “Saslonch” are located on the first floor of the house “Arjentel” and features:

  • Bed-linen, towels and kitchen towels
  • W-Lan internet
  • Private car park
  • Ski room with ski or hiking boot dryer– bicycle storage
  • Lawn with garden furniture
  • Safe
  • SAT-TV with radio function
  • On request we bring you fresh bread daily (not included in the price)
  • Animals are not allowed
  • In the apartments cannot be smoked

Map Apartment SteviaIn the elegant apartment can sleep 2 to 4 persons and it measures 40 sqm. The rooms are furnished in alpine style with much attention to detail. Local larch wood was used to create a cosy and pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment features:

  • 1 entrance hall with coat storage
  • 1 cosy double room
  • 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer
  • 1 spacious and very bright living room with functional double sofa bed and wardrobe next to it, SAT-TV 39” and fully equipped cooking area with ceramic-top stove, dishwasher, microwave oven , fridge with freezing compartment and coffee maker.

Private balcony (west side) - Magnificent views of the Sella Group (Dolomites) and the Cir.

The washing machine can be used upon request.

The house "Arjentel" is located quiet and sunny, just 5 minutes’ walk from the center. The shops, restaurants, bars, ski rentals, playgrounds, the Nives-place, the climbing gym and the ice rink are within walking distance. The ski slopes for beginners and the walk of the town are in the immediate vicinity.

The ski slopes are easily reachable by ski bus, which stops 50 m. In a few minutes you reach the major lifts of the Sella Ronda, Ciampinoi , Dantercepies, Col Raiser and the ski-lifts for beginners. The convenient location allows you to return back comfortable with the skis (from the slopes under the Dantercepies to 200 m from the house Arjentel) or to take the ski bus.

In summer, our apartments are the ideal starting point for relaxing walks along the promenade of the village, for easy and challenging hikes, for mountain bike tours and adventurous rock climbing on the beautiful mountains of the Dolomites. The bike path passes in the immediate vicinity.

Rates are per week in Euro.

We remind you that from 1st January 2014 a local tax per person and day will be charged. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The tax is not included in the price.
Bread service on request (not included in the price)

General terms and conditions
The booking is not binding until confirmed in writing.
Bookings are binding if a deposit is paid for confirmation within 10 days.
Arrival/departure: check-in time is at 2 pm and check-out time is at 9 am.
Payment: we accept bank transfers; we do not accept credit cards or EC cards.

Cancellations before 3 months before the check in, just the deposit is kept.
Cancellations up to 3 months - 1 month before the check in, 50% of the total amount must be paid.
Cancellations up to 1 month - 2 weeks before the check in, 70% of the total amount must be paid.
For cancellations of less than two weeks before arrival, and in case of late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total reservation price will be charged.
In the event of a delayed arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire amount of the reserved time of staying.

Special cancellation conditions for summer 2021 and winter 2021/2022:
Free cancellation till two weeks before your arrival due to the following reasons:
• impossibility to arrive due to border closure
• quarantine obligation on arrival (even with negative antigen test)

Travel insurance:
We would recommend you taking out a travel insurance, our suggestion it the "Europäische Reiseversicherung", which provides cancellation cover also in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status.
